Anton van den Berg

Anton van den Berg worked at the Dutch Marine Corps for 18 years as has become entrepreneur and partner at Allied Forces Consultancy since 2018. Anton has developed several successful organisations, managers and teams world-wide. At the Marines he learned that ownership, mindset and blind trust not only generate top achievements in complex situations, but also contribute to sustainable employability and results.

His integral change strategy and personality distinguishes him. He sets people in motion by his result, process and people oriented way of working. This way he engineers like a constructor from a fundament of trust to creating successful teams, managers and organisations.

With his scientific background at TNO and several completed Human Resource trainings Anton has done a lot of research. For example, he has developed a model which can be used as an organisational scan by Allied Forces.

Anton is father of four children and invests a lot of time with his wife into social activities, sports and voluntary work. He likes to add social value to his sports activities by running marathons for a good cause for example. In his spare time you can often find him in, on or even under the water.
