Human Performance Operating System
The Human Performance Analysis is a validated assessment of the current and future state of the company. It gives fundamental insight into the alignment between key personnel on how the company should be led and where similarities, differences, and leadership priorities are.

In this workshop we agree on the Must-Win-Battles of the company and translate them to an individual level so that it is crystal clear who does what by when and with what desired outcome. The WHAT of doing business together. The digital Battle Board Tool can be used to have dialogues on progress. Learning to give and receive productive feedback is also part of this activity.
